This website is hosted using Cloudflare Workers, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Cloudflare processes technical connection and request data, such as your IP address, the requested page and request headers, to deliver and secure the website. Our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional website is the basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare processes website content on our behalf. It also acts as a controller for certain network data derived from traffic, which it uses for its own service and security purposes, as described in its privacy policy. Processing may occur outside the European Economic Area; its Data Processing Addendum describes the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers. The safeguards are published at https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/.
Stored Workers request and error logs are disabled for this website. Diagnostic errors can still appear in a browser console or an authorised live troubleshooting session. Cloudflare may still process technical connection and security data. For personal data processed on our behalf, its published retention criteria refer to the hosting agreement ending or processing no longer being necessary to fulfil obligations under that agreement, whichever happens first. For personal data Cloudflare processes for its own purposes, its privacy policy links retention to the collection purpose, continuing necessity, legal obligations, and the data’s nature, sensitivity and risks. These criteria are described in its Data Processing Addendum and privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/ and https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Our mailbox is hosted by IONOS SE in Germany. Enquiries are handled by Naser Hussein and Nizar Ebrahim. Incoming messages are also forwarded to authorised team members’ personal Gmail accounts. Google processes those copies under its consumer service terms and privacy policy; processing can occur outside the European Economic Area. We use your email address, any name you provide and your message to handle your enquiry. Our legitimate interest in responding is the basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; Article 6(1)(b) applies where necessary for an agreement or steps you request before one. Our operating rule requires ordinary enquiries, including forwarded copies, to be deleted within six months after the matter closes, unless an ongoing matter or legal obligation requires retention. Providing information is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to reply.
When direct sending is available and you submit the contact form, your email address, selected topic and message are sent to the website server and then to our IONOS mailbox over an encrypted email connection. We use these details to respond to your enquiry as described under “Contact by email”. The website does not publish your message or keep a separate application database. To limit abuse, it validates submissions and temporarily counts requests using a keyed hash of your connection IP address; the rate-limit window is one minute. This abuse prevention is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form and website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages and mailbox credentials are not written to application logs. If direct sending is unavailable, you can contact us using the email link; your email application and providers handle that message under their own settings.
The language of each page is set by its address (/en or /ar). The language switch opens the same page in the other language. The website does not save or read a language preference in browser storage. Older Mubadara.lang or YISA.lang values are no longer used; you can remove them through your browser’s site-data settings.
The Guide answers questions using the public website content in your browser. Questions and answers stay in memory and can be cleared with the reset control. The current Guide does not send questions to an AI provider or a website submission service.
Current fonts and images are served with this website. External project and image-credit links open another provider when you follow them. The website has no remote error-reporting integration.
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. To exercise these rights, contact info@mubadarah.org or write to our postal address above. You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Information about complaints is available at www.datenschutz-berlin.de.
